Welcome to WorldbyWe.com. My name is Raymond B. Johnson and I am the Founder/President/CEO and Project developer of WorldbyWe Inc.
A bit about me – I was born and raised in Ottawa Ontario Canada and have resided here ever since.
At the early age of 8 years old my step-sister Dianne was shot and killed by her jealous boyfriend. This tragedy sent me down the path of studying why people do what they do. I wanted to learn more about relationships between men and women and vowed to become a better person and eventually a better man as I reached the adulthood chapter of my life.
As I worked in various environments I studied human behavior. After a while I began to see the same problems happening over and over and so I began to formulate the solutions to these problems. Part of my ongoing studies include my own past, present and future developing habits. Habits are one of the main reasons we continue to do what we do. Our behavior operates around systems, routines and our attitudes.
There are so many influences shaping what we do and how we do it yet we generally go through life not questioning very much how we got to where we are and where we are going.
The solutions to most of what we as human beings have been struggling with for ages and still have not been able to resolve are not quite as intimidating to solve once they have been broken down enough into the smaller systems and things that influence them.
Seeing the change and the endgame is easy. Doing the change while maintaining the necessary balance will be the fun part. This is what adapting is truly about. Ideally, creating win-win solutions over the right course of time will bear the ultimate fruit of a more peaceful and creative coexistence. Would you like to be a part of this?
Currently, I am overseeing our company operations, website development and the related projects as time permits. It is my ultimate dream to be able focus entirely on developing WorldbyWe Inc./WorldbyWe.com and the related projects full time. As we develop you will understand better the full extent of the importance of our projects as our goals are to ultimately help you to have a better world to live in. I’ve discovered how to make this possible and all will be revealed in stages as time and resources permit.
