Regardless of the backlash, Dan is truly a Pioneer of initiating a quality of life movement among business owners. He truly cares about his employees, his clients, small business owners and community. Like any business, he may have to do some tweaking along the way, but a CEO who focuses on how they can help their employees to have a better quality of life is a CEO of the future.
